This policy explains what personal data Tradedge Pulse collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to tradedgepulse.com and all Tradedge Pulse products. We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
1. Who is responsible
The Alife Trading Private Limited, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, is responsible for your personal data ("we", "us").
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your email address and, if you give it, your name, and your message content when you contact us or join the waitlist.
- Licensing identifiers: your MT5 account number, broker server name and software version (sent by the EA or copier when it checks its licence).
- Billing records: plan, amounts, dates, invoice details and your country or state for tax. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, as recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider, and website usage measured by Google Analytics if analytics cookies are allowed (see section 9).
- Copy-trading data: if you use the copier, the trades it places and their status in your account, so copying can work and support can diagnose problems.
We do not ask for or want your trading-account password, identity documents, or information about your health, religion or other sensitive matters.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Services: grant indicator access, validate licences, run copy trading and send alerts you ask for.
- To take payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To reply to you and provide support.
- To send launch news and product updates if you joined the waitlist or subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent licence sharing or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (for example, joining the waitlist), to perform our contract with you (providing a subscription), to meet legal obligations (tax records), and for legitimate uses permitted by law (security and fraud prevention). You can withdraw consent at any time; this doesn't affect processing that already happened.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that require them to protect it: website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, website analytics (Google Analytics), and our database and login provider (Supabase). We may also disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights. TradingView, MetaQuotes, your broker and your prop firm are independent companies with their own privacy policies.
6. International transfers
Some providers store data outside India, for example in the USA or the EU. Where this happens we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is needed.
7. Retention
We keep account and licence data while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards for support and fraud prevention, billing records for as long as tax law requires (currently up to 8 years in India), and waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer used.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website: pages viewed, how people arrive, device type and approximate location, plus a few steps such as creating an account or starting checkout. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and processes this data for us under Google’s terms. We do not send your name, email or payment details to Google. Blog pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites; you can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google’s own consent message before personalised ads are shown. Ads never appear on plan, checkout or account pages. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are only measured after clicking Accept on the cookie banner; everyone can click Decline, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Logging in uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in; this is required for your account to work.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Under India's DPDP Act you can also nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated, and seek grievance redress. EU and UK residents can complain to their local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email us; we will respond within 30 days.
11. Children
The Services are only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we find we have, we will delete it.
12. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date and tell subscribers by email about significant changes.
